​The entry sequence and lobby space is meant to be a monumental experience, mimicking outdoor sensations while defining circulation for visitors.

The entryway features soaring, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling transparent walls that showcase a lush indoor botanical garden filled with various plants and natural light.
The overall atmosphere should be opulent, bright, and inviting, with a seamless blend of architectural grandeur, nature, and playful elements." be memorable, and serve as a valuable community experience.
Dog-friendly materials will make cleanup unproblematic, while natural and light materials will be used for structure to simulate the environment of the outdoors.

The Lobby is the most important junction in the building, as it connects the vet services, grooming, training, boarding, open sales, and the auditorium. Secondary services connected to the lobby are a botanists office, security checkpoint and office, public restrooms, 2 elevators and a public stair.
