Inspiration for the foundation comes from well known buildings and architecture from the Changi Airport in Singapore, Gaylord resorts, and Life Time Fitness centers in Colorado.

The foundation utilizes an atium—a transparent, durable material akin to advanced glass—that allows maximum natural light to flood interior spaces, reducing reliance on artificial lighting.

Extensive use of recycled materials, such as reclaimed wood, recycled steel, and eco-certified concrete, minimizes environmental impact and exemplifies sustainable building practices.

Energy and Water Systems:

The structure is equipped with an integrated solar energy system comprising high-efficiency photovoltaic panels and solar thermal collectors, providing power and hot water.

An on-site water treatment facility recycles greywater and stormwater, ensuring sustainable water use for landscaping and facility needs.

Rainwater harvesting systems further supplement water supplies, reducing dependence on external sources.

This accessible space is designed for relaxation, community, and wellness, featuring wide, well-maintained pathways lined with lush trees and inviting resting spots where visitors can pause to drink, reflect, or enjoy the natural surroundings. The paths are kept clean through regular maintenance and dedicated cleanup services that promote eco-friendly practices, such as providing biodegradable waste disposal stations to discourage plastic bag use for dog waste, ensuring a hygienic, environmentally conscious environment.
